Agape Strong began as an initiative at Agape for Youth, Inc. during a time of restructuring the agency through identifying the strengths of each staff member, utilizing the tools in Strengths Finders 2.0 by Tom Rath.

Through this process, not only did we discover the core strengths that drive the Leadership Team,and the staff, we also established a refreshed culture of service, not only one of serving the families and youth of our community, but a culture of serving one another as well, what we believe servant leadership is intendd to be.
